Colorado Department of Education
A comprehensive ADCAR change management framework was the foundation for major department-wide deployment communications and roll-out.

City & County of Denver (CCD) – Clerk & Recorders Office
REVISION partnered with the City of Denver Clerk and its PMO manager to align its portfolio to its strategic objectives, enable several process improvement initiatives around improving its mission in the recording and elections divisions, and provided vendor management support and enterprise rollout processes.

Colorado Child Protection Ombudsman (CCPO)
REVISION performed an analysis to the then-existing custom software solution that lacked features, scalability and reasonably predictable support. REVISION implemented a COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf) solution that met the business and technology needs fully.

Colorado Office of Public Guardianship (COPG)
REVISION provided all IT support and services to materialize this newly created State Department, including hosting, CRM, website, secure portal, continuity and office productivity systems.
