El Paso County, Colorado is the second most populous county in Colorado after the City and County of Denver.

REVISION is one of 3 on-call provider of specialized staffing to El Paso County, and have served as a trusted partner to the County’s IT Department for the past 3 years, providing a wide variety of IT staffing services and project-based consulting in support of major initiatives such as the development of cyber security program for the County including the staffing of the CISO and the Cyber Security Team.

REVISION was also selected to perform an overhaul of El Paso County’s customer services department. This project included the selection of an ITSM platform for the County and the hiring of a ServiceNow Process expert to lead the implementation. We have delivered on several process improvement initiatives and were hired to create an IT strategic plan for the County. We recently led an effort to assess, identify and document El Paso County’s content/document management business needs/requirements, perform a marketplace assessment and develop a short-term, long-term replacement strategy for the next generation CMS (content management system) that will be available to multiple county-wide departments.

We provide IT staffing to support many major initiatives, such as the County’s Public Health Business Intelligence project, which included creating a Data Policy to ensure that all the important compliance objectives are met for CJIS, PII, PHI, HIPAA, PCI and others, and laid a foundation for the implementation of a Master Data Management plan to automate data cleansing and integration functionality across Hospitals, Practitioners, Insurance, and Public Health. In terms of staff augmentation services, REVISION has placed many resources for the County including SQL and Oracle DBA’s, Project Managers, Business Analysts, ServiceNow consultants, Cyber Analysts and Engineers, Web developers, Network support staff, Windows/Linux Network Engineers, Business Intelligence consultants, General Managers and many more.
