As a Member of the Board of Advisors and Chief Revenue Officer, Ms. Gralnik provides expertise in REVISION’s solutions and services portfolio within Management Consulting & Advisory, Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Systems, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Organizational Change Management. As CRO she will have oversight responsible for REVISION’S global Go-to-Market Strategy, MARCOM, Global Sales, Pre-Sales Solution Consulting, Revenue Operations, CRM, Implementation Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, Strategic Alliances and Renewals.
Ms. Gralnik will be highly focused on scaling revenues in all regions of the world by setting in place a business strategy roadmap to ensure that our regional team revenue goals are optimized and achieved. In this capacity, she will collaborate closely with our client’s leadership in listening, understanding, and identifying current technology landscapes and industry challenges, providing best practices for optimal digital solutions by engaging in strategic partnerships and promoting alternative ways in managing and automating current processes.
Additionally, Ms. Gralnik will be accountable for opening doors with new clients and industry leaders, developing and driving new partnership opportunities, growing, and implementing both short-and longterm sales strategies and leading operational excellence as it relates to customer service. In parallel, Ms. Gralnik will be tasked with mitigating risks presented by changes in technology and our competitive landscape.
For 30 plus years as an accomplished and passionate data-driven revenue executive with a deep understanding of the relationship between messaging, technology platform, partner ecosystem, and the competitive landscape, I am thrilled to be a new member of REVISION’s dynamic global team. My fervent enthusiasm for building and executing go-to-market models for high-growth revenue and strengthening business development objectives will further drive current success metrics.
