Management Consulting

REVISION is well poised to propel organizations successfully into the future using strategic tools to ensure stakeholder alignment, effective use of resources, and thoughtful measurement of progress.
The challenges we most commonly encounter include:
- Business strategies that are poorly articulated
- IT priorities that are misaligned with stakeholder needs, leading to unhappy stakeholders and customers
- Organizational structures that are not arranged effectively, creating silos and lack of synergies between teams
- Programs and portfolios that are not organized or planned to successfully achieve strategic objectives
- Unclear or continually shifting work priorities, leading to a confused and demotivated staff
In light of these challenges, today’s executives need a strategic partner who can offer a complete, unbiased view of their organization and help them navigate opportunities for change to move towards the future.
We offer the following Management Consulting services:

Strategic Planning
Strategic Planning is used to set priorities, focus resources, ensure that all stakeholders are aligned towards common objectives, and establish a common path forward to desired results. REVISION’s strategic planning methodology is centered around a capability-based model, enabling better alignment between organizational activities with an overall strategic vision.

Organizational Realignment
Organizational Realignment enables an organization to better deliver value to their customers and to better address challenges that are currently hindering their success. REVISION’s approach is to holistically assess current issues and threats and recommend solutions that increase effectiveness, value and customer satisfaction while also bearing in mind employee morale and opportunities for growth. This process reinvigorates an organization and realigns teams to a common mission and path forward.

Governance
Governance ensures that enterprise objectives are achieved by evaluating customer and stakeholder needs, conditions and options. Governance also sets direction through prioritization and decision-making and monitors performance, compliance and progress against agreed-upon direction and goals. REVISION believes that governance is the key to enabling organizations to successfully plan for the future. We take a holistic approach to building custom governance frameworks that fit within an organization’s culture while addressing current gaps in organizational structure.

Performance Management
Performance Management is the process of ensuring that a set of activities and outputs meets an organization’s goals in an effective and efficient manner. REVISION’s approach is to create alignment all the way from an organization’s top level strategic objectives down to the knowledge, skills and day-to-day of any organization’s most important resource – its people. We believe that a custom-tailored performance management program is most effective as a tool to learn and continuously improve the experience for both customers and employees.

Business Process Reengineering
Business Process Reengineering is the redesign of core business processes to achieve improvements in productivity and quality. REVISION’s approach involves heavy input from members of the organization who are most involved in the current process and leading them through a series of exercises to realign thinking towards providing value to the customer and rethinking the way things are done today. We use a number of different techniques refined over time to help employees develop fresh and creative ways to perform their work with a focus on overcoming current roadblocks.
