Conducted a Key Performance Indicator Project (KPI), working with the following Departments of the Tribal Government: Tribal Council, Office of the Executive Officer, MIS, HR, Education, Justice & Regulatory, Department of Natural Resources, Tribal Services, Finance. Work included performance management and Balanced Scorecard Development.
